As a couple Boulder Coffee Houses shut their doors a new one opens.  Red Rocks Coffeehouse opened the day after Christmas on the

corner of 28th and Iris (3325 28th Street, Unit 9).  I hesitated to tell you about this little gem as I do much of my work in coffee shops and wouldn't mind keeping this one to myself.  They have a great decor, fast internet, great chai and they don't play the music too loud.  They serve Sancturary Chai, another Boulder chai, which rivals Third Street and Bhakti.  All of their coffee comes from Kind Coffee in Estes and is organic.  The owner, Guy Knox, worked for Peaberry Coffee for thirteen years and eventually decided that he wanted his own shop.
